3/31 PBE Update: PAX East Summoner Icon

A very small update, featuring a new summoner icon,  has been pushed to the PBE!

A new PAX East 2014 summoner icon, likely to be handed out during the event, has popped up in the files!

This year's PAX East being held in Boston between April 11th and April 13th!
