Surrender at 20: 4/30 PBE Update: Blade Queen Liss Splash & All-Stars Login

The PBE has been updated! In addition to SFX for the Dragonslayer ward skin and a few balance changes, today's update also features the splash art for Blade Queen Lissandra!

Ward Skin Shop Images & DS Ward Sounds

Shop images for the two new wards, All-Star and Dragonslayer wards, have been added.

Unfortunately the All-Star ward still isn't up for testing yet but we do have a video preview for you!

The Dragonslayer Ward also now has sound effects!

Braum Special Interaction w/ Fizz

Following his original interactions for Alistar, Annie, Gragas, Tryndamere, and Vi, Braum also has a new special taunt for Fizz.

"Something fishy here? Eheheheh."

Balance Changes

Kassadin

Null Sphere ( Q ) shield decreased to 40/70/100/130/160 ( .3 ) from 40/80/120/160/200 ( .8 )

[ Note: Seems like a big decrease - this would be a revert to the 4.6 changes. ]

Kha'Zix

Void Assault ( R ) recast time increased to 15 seconds from 10 seconds

Items

Feral Flare

Attack speed increased to 30% from 25%

[ Context: Live value is 35% ]

Attack damage increased to 12 from 10

[ Context: Live value is 15 ]

Madred's Razors

Attack speed reverted to 15% from 12%

Wriggle's Lantern

Attack speed reverted to 30 from 25
Attack damage reverted to 12 from 10
Feral Flare transformation reworked to "Transforms into Feral Flare at 30 kills, assists, and large monster kills" from "At 30 Feral Flare stacks"
