Playoffs rage on across the regions as teams fight to the finish in This Week in eSports!

Current Standings:

The NA & EU Spring Split semifinals came to a finish this weekend, and with this, 2 teams from each NA & EU move forward to the Finals to compete for spots in the 2015 World Championship! The brackets below are updated as of Sunday, April 12th and as always, VODs can be found here.


[NA] LCS:

  • Team Solomid defeated Team Impulse with a record of 3 - 1.  
  • Cloud 9 defeated Team Liquid with a record of 3 - 2.  
  • This leaves Team Impulse and Team Liquid to face off for third place on Saturday, April 18th at 12PM PST. 
  • TSM and C9 will face off in the Finals on Sunday, April 19th at 12PM PST.

[EU] LCS:

  • The  Semifinals stage of the 2015 EU Spring Playoffs also concluded this weekend.
  • UOL defeated SK Gaming with a record of 3 - 2.  
  • Fnatic defeated H2K with a record of 3 - 2.  
  • This leaves SK Gaming and H2K to face off for third place on Saturday, April 18th at 12PM PST. 
  • UOL and Fnatic will face off in the Finals on Sunday, April 19th at 12PM PST.

    [NA/EU] Challenger Series:

    • The 2015 Challenger Series spring playoffs have come to an end!  
    [NA]:
    • Enemy Eports defeated TDK with a record of 3 - 1, securing first place in the 2015 Spring NA Challenger Series and earning themselves a spot in the 2015 NA LCS Summer Split!
    • As second and third place, Team Dragon Knights and Team Fusion  continue on to the Summoner promotional tournament to battle the 8th and 9th place teams from the NA LCS Spring split, Winterfox and Team Dignitas.
    •  [Updated] Winterfox have selected TDK as their opponents, putting Team Dignitas against Team Fusion.
    • The Summoner Promotion tournament begins on April 24th. 
    [EU]:
    • Origen defeated CWA with a record of 3 - 0, securing first place in the 2015 Spring EU Challenger Series and earning themselves a spot in the 2015 EU LCS Summer Split!
      • As second and third place, CW Academy and Reason Gaming continue on to the Summoner promotional tournament to battle the 8th and 9th place teams from the EU LCS Spring split, Roccat and Giants Gaming.
        • The Summoner Promotion tournament begins on April 24th. 

      [Korea] LCK:

      • Top four (W/L)
      • GE Tigers - (12-2) 
        • SK Telecom T1 - (11-3)  
        • CJ Entus - (10-4) 
        • Jin Air Greenwings (7-7)   

        [China] LPL:

        • Top Four (W/T/L) - Points
        • EDward Gaming (17-4-1) - 55 Points  
        • Snake (10-10-2) - 40 Points  
        • OMG  (8-11-3) - 35 Points  
        • Vici Gaming (8-10-4) - 34 Points

        [TW/HK/MO] LMS: 

        • The LMS spring playoffs were held this past week, AHQ e-Sports Club defeated Hong Kong eSports with a record of 3 - 0 in the first round.
        • AHQ e-Sports Club then defeated Taipei Assassins with a record of 3 - 0 in the second round.
        • Finally, AHQ e-Sports Club defeated yoe Flash Wolves with a record of 3 - 1 in the final round.
        • Following their victories, AHQ e-Sports club is now the first team qualified for the 2015 Mid-Season Invitational. 

          [SEA] GPL


          • The Saigon Fantastic Five have defeated the Bangkok Titans 3-0 and are now qualified for the 2015 International Wild Card Invitational. 


          [LAS/LAN] Latin America Cup

          • Kaos Latin Gamers has defeated Lyon Gaming with a 3 wins to 0 losses record to take first place and earn a seed into the 2015 International Wild Card Invitational

          [Brazil] CBLOL:

            • The winner of this will qualify for the 2015 International Wild Card Invitational.

            [RU] CIS

            • Hard Random have defeated M5 in the Grand Finals, taking first place and Now qualified for the 2015 International Wild Card Invitational. 

            [OCE] Oceanic Pro League:

            • Top Three (W/L)
            • Chiefs (13-1)
            •  Now qualified for the 2015 International Wild Card Invitational. 
            • Dire Wolves (11-3)
            • Legacy (9-5)

            International Wild Card Invitational Spots

            With all the regional finals wrapping up, here's a rundown of who is currently qualified for the International Wild Card Invitational, . The winner of the IWCI will join teams from the other leagues at the Mid-Season Invitational in May.

            • Oceania - The Chiefs eSports Club

            Riot:

            • For NA, Yoonsup "Locodoco" Choi (TSM) was voted Best Coach
            • For NA, Lucas "Santorin" Larsen (TSM) was voted Outstanding Rookie
            • For EU, Neil "Pr0lly" Hammad (H2k) was voted Best Coach
            • For EU,  Seong "Huni" Hoon (Fnatic) was voted Outstanding Rookie.
            • For both EU and NA, the Most Valuable Player will be announced during next weeks playoff finals!

            • Quarterfinals: October 15-18 - SSE Arena Wembley, London
            • Semifinals: October 24-25 - Brussels Expo, Brussels
