New Splash Art
First up we have shared splash arts for both of the upcoming skin sets in the 5.9 cycle!
As expected, the set of skins for Rengar, Singed, Talon, Thresh, and Twitch to celebrate Samsung White as our 2014 World Champions use a shared splash art.

Playing Card skins
We also have the shared splash art for the upcoming Playing Card skins! This splash also depicts the previously released Jack of Hearts Twisted Fate, who will now use it and has an updated loading screen slice.There are two versions of Playing Card skins splash:
King of Clubs Mordekaiser, Queen of Diamonds Syndra, and Wild Card Shaco use this version:
Ace of Spades Ezreal and Jack of Hearts Twisted Fate use a flipped version so it better fits in their champion pages:

Skin Updates
SSW Thresh's recall's trophy textures have been fixed in today's update.
More versions of Ekko CS Quote
Today's update also includes a few more regional versions of the potential "Ekko" champion select quote have been added in today's PBE update. In addition to the HU and TR versions from yesterday, we now have it in Spanish, Czech, and Romanian. No English versions yet.The translation is roughly:
- [1] "Doesn't matter how much time you have, what really matter is how you use your time.".
- [2] "Doesn't matter how much time you have, but (or just) how you use it (literally is actually "exploit it")."
Balance Changes
* Remember *: The PBE is a testing grounds for new, tentative, and sometimes radical changes. The changes you see below may be lacking context or other accompanying changes that didn't make it in - don't freak out! These are not official notes.
Champions
- Crescent Slash (E) now has a visual effect to show it's range, visible by both self/ally and enemy.
- Martial Poise (Passive) tooltip no longer includes "and is 25% greater when lunging backward.
- [Note: This is CONFIRMED to be an actual change not just a tooltip change.]
Riven
- Base movement speed reduced to 340 from 345
- Wind Slash (R) missile speed reduced to 1600 from 2200.
Monsters
Dragon
- Base damage increased to 100 from 90
- [Note: On live, Dragon's damage is currently 75.]
