A small update has been pushed to the PBE! Today's update includes a few more tentative balance changes & reverts the the previous Soraka's Q&W changes!

Balance Changes
* Remember *: The PBE is a testing grounds for new, tentative, and sometimes radical changes. The changes you see below may be lacking context or other accompanying changes that didn't make it in - don't freak out! These are not official notes.
Champions
- Drunken Rage (W) [tooltip adjusted to clarify damage on W now hitting in an AOE.]
Ryze
- Arcane Mastery (Passive) tool tip now notes it only makes next 5 spell casts reduce CD of other spells by overload's cooldown.
Soraka
- All the tentative Q and W changes from 1/29 update have been REVERTED!
- [CONTEXT: As for why these were pulled, ricklessabandon explained they'll return in 6.4 PBE:
[1] "yup, yup. we'll bring those mechanics back in the 6.4 development cycle (their intended release). didn't have enough time to get the specifics sorted out on top of the other things going on in the 6.3 cycle. "
[2] "changes are aimed at 'game health' more than power adjustments. looking to address/improve things like interactivity, engagement, perceived fairness, frustration, satisfaction, etc."
- Battle Cry (W)
- Bonus AD ratio on heal lowered to .2 from .3
- [BUG FIX for doubled AP Ratio.]
- [REMINDER: This new Bonus AD healing ratio and on third hit crit strike were added in an earlier update this cycle.]
- [CONTEXT: ricklessabandon has noted there will be a new version of this on the PBE soon with different wording- heal will work with sated but crit always requires three hits.]
Dragon
- Dragon's Dominance (4 stacks) buff lowered to 20% less damage from turrets from 30%.
- [REMINDER: Dragon's Wrath and Dragon's Dominance were both changed to have new effects in an earlier patch during this cycle.]
