2/12 PBE Update: Even more tentative balance changes

The PBE has been updated! As we continue on the 6.4 PBE cycle, today's update includes even more tentative balance changes!

Balance Changes

* Remember *: The PBE is a testing grounds for new, tentative, and sometimes radical changes. The changes you see below may be lacking context or other accompanying changes that didn't make it in - don't freak out! These are not official notes.

[NOTE: Changes marked with **  are additions from the second PBE patch that went out ~5:45 PM]

Champions

Caitlyn

• ** Yordle Snap Trap (W) trapped enemy bonus damage from headshot changed to flat 80/130/180/230/280 (+ 60% total AD) from 10/20/30/40/50% increased damage.

Gangplank

• Parrrley (Q) 
• Silver Serpents plundered on Q kill reverted to 4/5/6/7/8 from 4 at all ranks.
• **Gold plundered changed to 2/3/4/5/6 per kill from 4 at all ranks (vs 4/5/6/7/8 on live)
• Cannon Barrage (R) [Upgrade cost reverted to 500 silver serpents from 250]

Rumble

• Scrap Shield (W) 
• Shield value reverted to 50/80/110/140/170 from 70/95//120/145/170
• Shield AP ratio reverted to .4 from .5

Ryze

• ** Overload (Q) damage increased to 60/95/130/165/200 from 60/85/110/135/160

Sivir

• Ricochet (W) [tooltip updated to reflect changes from an earlier update this cycle! Sivir's W can now crit - if initial hit crits, all bounces will crit.]

Soraka

• [NOTE: Big Soraka Q and W changes this cycle. The changes below are relative to those and NOT TO LIVE. Check out our current PBE post for a FULL LIST of changes!]

• Starcall (Q) 
• Alignment no longer restores 20-60 (+20% AP) mana.
• Alignment now also grants 20% movement speed when effect expires.

• Astral Infusion (W) [tooltip updated to reflect recent alignment changes]
• "If cast while affected by Alignment Soraka will transfer the effect to her target with a refreshed duration, and give herself its expiration effects immediately"

Dragon

Dragon's Wrath (2 stack) buff

• ** Tooltip now specifies it does magic damage to towers over 2 seconds.
