2/3 PBE Update: PD Price Reduction & other Balance Changes

The PBE has been updated! As we continue on the 6.3 PBE cycle, we have more tentative balance changes!

Miscellaneous 

• Yellow and Blue Trinkets now use ward skin sounds.*

• Introductory message for the Hextech crafting and loot system added, which includes granting the user a free chest containing a skin shard, ward skin shard, and some essence.

• Woad King Darius' Passive indicator fixed and back to being blue.

Balance Changes

Champions

Poppy

• Heroic Charge (E) cooldown increased to 14/13/12/11/10 from 12/11/10/9/8

• [NOTE: This change was actually included in an earlier PBE update this cycle, just missed it and am now posting it here for visibility!]

Items

Kircheis Shard

• Unique passive - Energized Strike magic damage lowered to 40 from 50.
• [NOTE: Change to a previous change this cycle. Current Live value is 30.]

Phantom Dancer

• Total price lowered to 2550 from 2800
• Unique Passive - Lament damage reduction reverted to 12% from 16%

Rapid Firecannon

• Unique Passive Firecannon bonus magic damage changed to 50-160 from 50-150
• [NOTE: Change to a previous change this cycle. Current live value is 50-200]

Statikk Shiv

• Unique passive - Shiv Lightning damage increased to 50-120 from 50-100
• [NOTE: Change to a previous change this cycle. Current live value is 30-100]
