Following the conclusion of the normal summer season, the 2016 NA & EU Summer Playoffs start this weekend with the Quarterfinals stage!

2016 EU & NA Summer Playoffs: Quarterfinals
After a nine week season of normal competitive play, the 2016 NA & EU LCS Summer Split playoffs kick off this weekend with the Quarterfinals stage! Both regions will have two best of five matches at each stage of the playoffs, leading up to the finals matches on August 27 & 28th.In the playoffs, teams are competing for championship points and the top seed at Worlds 2016. As a reminder, first place in the Summer Split will automically qualify and will have 1st seed, and the team with the most championship points at the end of summer split will qualify as the 2nd seed.
2016 EU & NA Playoffs Quarterfinals will be played on patch 6.15.
