Legendary Versus/ Order and Chaos Missions, Crafting, & Loot

New missions, loot, and crafting relating to Order and Chaos themed Legendary Versus are now up for PBE testing! You'll be completing missions or purchasing various ORDER or CHAOS tokens and using those to craft exclusive rewards such as icons, temporary emotes, key fragments, and more.

Before we jump in ,here's Ponts with more on the new Order and Chaos themed content on the PBE:
Hi everyone,
I wanted to give you guys a heads up on some of the new content that will be showing up in the next day or two on PBE. We'll be doing some cool things with Missions and Loot and we've got two awesome new skins for Yasuo and Riven. Below I'll describe whats coming and I'll also be updating this post with any issues that come up. Remember that this content will be turning on over the next day or two and that as always with PBE, things could change before it hits LIVE.
Missions:
We’re testing out new missions themed toward Chaos and Order. Complete missions to earn exclusive rewards and to unlock new missions.
Loot:
We are introducing limited-time loot we’d like you to test. Earn Order and Chaos Tokens by completing missions (or purchase them in the Store) to unlock special Icons, Borders, Emotes and Orbs. You can also purchase passes themed toward Order or Chaos, which grant you a Hextech Chest & Key, an Orb, a unique Ward, a multiplier that doubles the amount of tokens you earn on missions, and mission lines exclusive to the passes.
Orbs contain a guaranteed Legacy skin shard and a 50% chance to get a bonus drop. If your orb triggers a bonus drop, you’ll have a chance to get either a random amount of Tokens, two Gemstones, or a loot-exclusive skin shard.
Completing the special mission lines rewards you with Hextech Chests, Hextech Keys, Tokens, and even Gemstones.
In-game content:
Dawnbringer Riven

  • All new VFX! (extra golden effects for Q & W in ult form)

The truest path is the darkest. Destroy this world with Chaos and pave the way for a dark, new age as Nightbringer Yasuo!

Missions

As referenced above, several new missions are also available.  There are missions that are available to all as part of a series involving earning and using icons and a set of missions unlocked by purchasing a pass.

Icon  Themed Missions
The first mission that pops up is play any matchmade game to unlock VERSUS event missions and two summoner icons - one icon themed for each Order and Chaos. You'll be equipping these icons to complete various subsequent missions.

Mission- In the beginning...:
  • Play any matchmade game.
  • Unlocks Versus event missions
  • Reward(s):
    • Nightbringer Icon
    • Dawnbringer Icon

After completing the first mission, two more missions pop up - both requiring you to win a game with one of your newly earned summoner icons equipped.

Mission - Awakened:
  • Win 1 matchmade game with an Order icon equipped
    • Completing this mission disables One Blade, One Purpose
  • Rewards: 10 Order Tokens

Mission - One Blade, One Purpose:
  • Win 1 matchmade game with a Chaos icon equipped

  • Rewards: 10 Chaos Tokens
[Presumably missions continue offering additional tokens or rewards at some rate - could be daily, triggered through event, etc.]

Pass Missions
After purchasing either of the Way of Order or Way of Chaos pass, two new exclusive Order or Chaos themed mission lines open up. Both pass missions are three stages long and do not require an equipped icon to earn credit for. The rewards at each stage are the same for each path but the mission objectives vary slightly between Order and Chaos. Total Rewards for completing the six total missions in each pass includes tokens, a chest, a key, and a gemstone.

Blood Moon returns for PBE Testing

Here's Riot Stephiroth with more on the Blood Moon gamemode returning to the PBE for testing:
"A Blood Moon is rising...
The Hunt of the Blood Moon game mode is making it's way back to PBE for testing in the 7.12 cycle!
For this run of Blood Moon, we've made some minor updates to the mode:
  • We've added Riven to the Blood Moon Roster!
  • Killing Spirits will no longer win you the game! In order to win, match point MUST be gotten by killing a Champion or the Demon Herald!
  • (Not implemented yet) - Champions that are free to play via Blood Moon only will be marked with a special icon!
  • New items have been added/removed based off of the recent mid-season update.
As always, if you have any feedback, feel free to drop a comment here!
If you have any bug reports, please report them via the Report A Bug Tool
Thanks!"

Miscellaneous

  • A "SRVersus" loading screen has been added. This appears to be enabled as part of the Order and Chaos event.

1) Busy PBE cycle! Catch up on the Order/Chaos themed content and crafting and Honor system update.

2) Meddler with context on the Doran's Ring passive becoming unique:
"We're looking at making the mana on kill unique. Stacking DRings is something we want to be an option in some cases at least, suspect we need a bit more trade off than there currently is though."
