The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 7.19 PBE cycle, today's patch includes four new chroma for Sacred Sword Janna and Eternal Sword Yi, and more tentative balance changes!

New Chroma
Four new chroma each for Sacred Sword Janna and Eternal Sword Yi are now on the PBE:
Sacred Sword Janna

Azir
[Remember, Azir has extensive changes already in testing on the PBE!]
- Arise! (W) AP on active lowered from 70% to 60%
Brand

- [New Effect] "Brand gains 6/8/10/12/14 mana for each unit killed by this ability."
Caitlyn
[Changelist / Context]
- HP per level increased form 80 to 85
- Base HP lowered from 524.4 to 450
- Base attack speed increased from .543 to .568
- Attack speed per level increased from 2% to 4%
- Basic attack delay lowered from .15 to .1
- Base HP regen lowered from 1.1348 to 1.13
- Headshot (Passive)
- attacks for free headshot increased from 6 to 8.
- "Works on turrets"
- Piltover Peacemaker (Q) damage to targets beyond first changed from [50% less] to [33% less].
- Yordle Snap Trap (W)
- Mana cost increased from 20 at all ranks to 30 at all ranks
- Headshot damage increase increased from 10/55/100/145/190 to 40/90/140/190/240
- AD changed from 60% tAD to 40/55/70/85/100% bonus AD.
- Trap ground duration lowered from 90 seconds to 30/40/50/60/70 seconds
- Recharge time lowered from 45/32.5/20/12.5/10 to 30/22/16/12/10
- Vision duration lowered from 8 to 3
Janna

- HP per level lowered from 78 to 70
- Base HP increased from 487.04 to 500
- Attack range increased from 475 to 550
- Base movespeed lowered from 335 to 320

- Basic attack missile speed increased from 1200 to 1600
- Tailwind (Passive)
- Movement speed lowered from 8% to 5%
- "Janna always benefits from Tailwind's speed increase."
- [New Effect] Additionally, Janna's basic attacks deal bonus magic damage equal to 35% of her bonus Movement Speed.
- [Note: changelist states this should be 30%, but leaving it 35% as reflected in game.]
- Howling Gale (Q)
- mana cost lowered from 90/105/120/135/150 to 60/80/100/120/140
- cooldown changed from 14/13/12/11/10 to 12 at all ranks
- base range increased from 850 to 1000
- bonus range per second charged lowered from 35% to 25%
- [New Effect] "Howling Gale always reaches it's destination in 1.5 seconds."
- Zephyr (W)
- Range lowered from 600 to 550
- Repertoir noted this is "from 600 (center to center) to 550 (edge to edge)"
- Cooldown increased from 12 at all ranks to 14/12.5/11/9.5/8
- Bonus movement speed lowered from 9/11/13/15/17% to 5/8/11/14/17%
- Eye of the Storm (E)
- Cooldoown changed from 10 at all ranks to 18/16/14/12/10
Items
- Frost storm damage lowered from 60 per second to 40 per second

[1] Some of the Caitlyn stuff on the PBE is hard to notice. Here's the list of changes that went to PBE today.
[2] And here's the current intended set of Janna changes as well.
[3] Goal for Caitlyn is to return a lot of her offensive power, make her fragile in the early game, and carve out the mid game a bit.
[4] Goal for Janna is that she doesn't succeed as easily in lane as a shield spammer, but has more offensive tools to make things happen early.
