11/27 PBE Update: Neeko Choose & Ban VO, Snow Man Yi Chroma Assets & More

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 8.24 PBE cycle, today's patch includes Neeko's Choose and Ban VO, Snow Man Yi chroma assets, and tentative balance changes!

Continued Neeko Testing

Our newest champion Neeko continues testing on the PBE, and today's update brings her Choose and Ban quotes:

Choose VO: "Neeko is best decision!"
Ban VO: "They cannot handle Neeko."

Summoner Icons

Three Nexus Blitz summoner icons are now on the PBE:

Poro on Fire Icon, Finisher Icon, Recall Icon

  • The Darkin Blade (Q)
    • [Removed] Monsters no longer take 10% bonus damage

Akali
  • Twilight Shroud (W)
    • Base duration lowered from 5/5.5/6/6.5/7 to 4/4.5/5/5.5/6
    • Max duration lowered from 8/8.5/9/9.5/10 to 6/6.5/7/7.5/8
 

Camille
  • Attack speed lowered from .644 to .624

Galio
  • Winds of War (Q) 
    • mana cost lowered from 70/85/100/115/130 to 70/75/80/85/90
    • damage increased from [50/80/110/140/170 (+80% AP)] to [70/110/150/190/230 (+90% AP)]
    • windblast damage changed from [30/40/50/60/70 (+60% AP) + (+3% per 100 AP) of enemies max health] to [6% (+4% per 100 AP) of enemies max health]
  • Hero's Entrance (R) 
    • Cast duration lowered from 3 seconds to 2.75 seconds
    • [Changed Effect] No longer knocks up enemies in the center for a longer duration. 
      • All enemies hit by Hero's Entrance are knocked up for .75 seconds

  • Test of Spirit (E) Cooldown lowered from 20/18/16/14/12 to 16/15/14/13/12
  • Leap of Faith (R) Cooldown lowered from 120/105/90 to 120/95/70

Irelia
  • Defiant Dance (W) 
    • cooldown increased from 16/15/14/13/12 to 20/18/16/14/12
    • incoming damage reduction lowered from 50% to 40%

LeBlanc
  • Distortion (W) cooldown increased from 14/13/12/11/10 to 18/16/14/12/10

Viktor
  • Siphon Power (Q)
    • Cooldown increased from 8/7/6/5/4 to 9/8/7/6/5
    • Damage lowered from 60/80/100/120/140 to 50/65/80/95/110
  • Death Ray (E) 
    • Cooldown lowered from 13/12/11/10/9 to 12/11/10/9/8
    • Damage AP ratio increased from 50% to 60%

Runes

  • Damage lowered from 40-80 to 20-60

1) Rornation noted some run animations would be going out with patch 8.24:
"League players! Some of the movement animation updates should live next patch 8.24. Karma, Viktor, Shaco, Alistar (E), Fiora. Had issues with Quinn's @Xenogenic is looking into. Will keep you informed on our progress as it happens, hoping to get others in soon. #LeagueOfLegends"
