Champions

Akali

• Assassin's Mark (Passive)
• Energy restoration lowered from 10/20/30 to 10/15/20
• AP lowered from 70% to 50%
• AD lowered from 90% to 60%

Diana

• All gameplay changes reverted (Q code changes and QoL changes still in place)

Galio

• Shield of Durand (W) 
• minimum damage lowered from [20/30/40/50/60 (+20% AP)] to [10/20/30/40/50 (+30% AP)]
• maximum damage lowered from [60/90/120/150/180 (+60% AP)] to [30/60/90/120/150 (+90% AP)]

• Justice Punch (E) damage lowered from 100/135/170/205/240 to 80/120/160/200/240

Gragas

• Base HP increased from 583.52 to 600
• HP per level increased from 89 to 95
• Base AD increased from 61.38 to 64

Jayce

• Shock Blast (Cannon Q) damage lowered from 70/120/170/220/270 to 65/110/155/200/245

Karthus

• Requiem (R) damage lowered from [250/400/550 (+75% AP)] to [200/350/500 (+65% AP)]

Master Yi

• Attack speed lowered from .733 to .679
• Alpha Strike (Q) repeat strike damage lowered from 25% to 15%

Rammus

• Tremors (R) damage lowered from 40/80/120 to 30/60/90

Warwick

• Jaws of the Beast (Q) healing increased from 30/40/50/60/70% to 30/45/60/75/90%

Yuumi

• Base HP reverted from 460 to 432.36
• You and Me! (W) reverted to live values
