Balance Changes

Champions
Mordekaiser
[Mordekaiser's champion update is now testing on the PBE!]
- Obliterate (Q) single target damage lowered from [30/35/40/45/50% more] to [20/25/30/35/40% more]
Sylas
[Context - Sylas has other changes in testing on the PBE!]
- Petricite Burst (Passive)
- radius reduced from 400 to 250
- now does 50% reduced damage to targets other than the primary
- Chain Lash (Q)
- Q2 explosion radius reduced from 200 to 160
Warwick
- Jaws of the Beast (Q) AP ratio increased from 90% to 100%
Context & Notes
1) Riot Repertoir provided more details on Sylas changes this cycle:"I think passive is reduced radius (400->250) and reduced damage to targets other than the primary (50%), and Q delayed pop is reduced radius (200->160) as well"
