9/10 PBE Update: New Skins, Chroma, Icons, Emotes & More

The PBE has been updated! As we start the 9.19 PBE cycle, today's patch includes new skins, chroma, icons, emotes and much more!

Six new skins are now on the PBE:

Hextech Amumu

  • Attack speed per level increased from 2.9% to 3%
  • Perseverance (Passive)
    • [Removed] No longer doubles below (25/50%) health
    • Cooldown changed from 9/4 to 6 at all ranks
    • Changed from  [non-epic monsters don't break passive at level 11] to [non-epic monsters never break it]
    • Heal amount changed from [2%/8%] to [2.5/2.75/3/3.25/3.5/3.75/4.5/5.25/6/6.75/7.5/8.25/9/9.25/9.5/9.75/10/10.25%] 
  • Courage (W) 
    • Resists per stack lowered from .33 to .25
    • Resists cap lowered from 50 to 30
    • Minion kills to max stacks increased from 150 to 160
  • Judgment (E)
    • Tick changed from [5+1 per 3 levels (max 10)] to [8+1 per 20% attack speed]
    • Base damage changed from 14/18/22/26/30 to 9/15/21/27/33
    • AD ratio changed from .36/.37/.38/.39/.4 to .26/.295/.33/.365/.40
    • Hits needed to shred armor increased from 4 to 6
    • [Removed] No longer deals 33% bonus damage if hitting only one enemy
    • [New] now deals 25% bonus damage to nearest enemy
  • Demacian Justice (R)
    • [Removed] the Villainy passive
    • Changed from [deals magic damage] to [always deals True Damage]
    • Damage changed from [175/350/525 (+28.6/33.3/40% of missing HP)] to [150/300/450 (+20/25/30% of missing HP)]

Sylas
  • Base Armor lowered from 32 to 25
  • Armor per level lowered from 3 to 1.5
  • Petricite Burst (Passive) 
    • Damage changed from [9-60 (+100% AD)(+20% AP) to all targets but minions / 50% of that damage to minions] to [100% AD (+20% AP) to target / 50% AD (+20% AP) to all other enemies]
  • Chain Lash (Q) 
    • delay before detonation increased from 0.5s to 0.6s
      • This is just a tooltip update, no actual change per Captain Gameplay
    • No longer does reduced damage to monsters.

TFT Changes
Void
  • New Effect: 
    • "Basic attacks and spells from select Void champions deal true damage."
      • 2 units: 1 Random Void champion
      • 4 units: All Void Champions
