- Worlds 2019 loot assets added:
- Worlds 2019 Orb
- Open to reveal a guaranteed random Skin Shard with a chance to obtain bonuses like a Worlds 2019 Jackpot, Gemstone, or Mythic Skin permanent. Gemstone and Mythic Skin permanent drop rates multiplied by 1.5.
- Worlds 2019 Token
- Gained from purchasing event content or completing event missions. Craft into exclusive Worlds 2019 event content. Tokens are earnable until November 19, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. PT. Tokens are purchasable until November 25, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. PT. Tokens expire November 25, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. PT.
- Worlds 2019 Jackpot
- Open to reveal one skin shard from each year League of Legends has been around (10 skin shards, one each from 2009-2018).

- Overdrive (W) Attack speed increased from 30/38/46/54/62% to 50/60/70/80/90%
Graves
- Base HP increased from 551.12 to 555
- Mana increased from 322.2 to 325
- MP5 increased from 7.9 to 8
- Base AD increased from 66 to 69
Heimerdinger
- Base HP increased from 488 to 500
- Base AD increased from 55.536 to 56
- H-28 G Evolution Turret (Q) cannon attack AP ratio increased from 30% to 35%
- CH-2 Electron Storm Grenade (E) stun increased from 1.25s to 1.5s
Mordekaiser
- Indestructible (W) dealt damage stored increased from 30% to 35%
Orianna
- Command: Shockwave (R) damage increased from [150/225/300 (+70% AP)] to [200/275/350 (+80% AP)]
Riven
- Ki Burst (W) AD increased from 100% bAD to 130% bAD
- Blade of the Exile (R)
- Wind Slash minimum damage increased from [100/150/200 (+60% bAD)] to [175/250/325 (+90% bAD)]
- Damage % increase based on missing health lowered from [0-200%] to [0-100%]

- Soul Furnace (W)
- shield strength increased from 30/55/80/105/130 to 50/75/100/125/150
- mana lowered from 65/70/75/80/85 to 55/62/69/76/83

- Thick Skin (E) health regeneration changed from 75% to [30-100% based on level]
