9/26 PBE Update: Skin Bios, Tentative Balance Changes, and more!

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 9.20 PBE cycle, today's patch includes skin bios, 10 year anniversary assets, balance changes, and more!

Miscellaneous 

  • Skin bios added for skins this cycle
    • High Noon Darius: The once-human Darius was a terrifying manhunter, feared throughout the West for his cunning and brutality. Famously defeated by his brother in a widely publicized duel, his wounded pride eventually twisted into obsession, leading him to strike a deal with the devil Hecarim..."
    • High Noon Ashe: "A mechanical angel built at the dawn of the pioneer age, Ashe is fueled by the blood of deities gunned down in the infamous land rush that destroyed Heaven. She has adopted a devil-may-care attitude as she seeks adventure, choosing to forgive and protect the same mankind that forever robbed itself of eternal paradise."

Balance Changes

Garen
[Garen has extensive changes in testing on the PBE!]
  • Base MR reverted from 32 to 32.1
  • Courage (W)
    • Changed from [gains tenacity while the shield holds] to [gains tenacity for the shield duration (.75s)]
    • Shield value lowered from [12% health] to [10% health]
  • Judgement (E) 
    • Tick changed from [7+1 per 15% attack speed] to [7+1 per 17% attack speed]
    • [New] "Refunds it's remaining duration as lower cooldown if canceled early."

Viktor
[Viktor has changes in testing on the PBE!]
  • Gravity Field (W)
    • Augment slow changed from [slow for half of W's value for 1s] to [slow for 20% for 1 second]
  • Chaos Storm (R)
    • Storm minimum speed reverted from 250 to 200 
    • Storm maximum speed reverted from 350 to 300
