9/3 PBE Update: New Summoner Icons, Little Legends Assets, and more!

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 9.18 PBE cycle, today's patch includes new summoner icons, Little Legends assets, and more!

New Summoner Icons

Three new summoner icons are now on the PBE:

Little Legend Dango Icon, Little Legend Fuwa Icon, Little Legend Shisa Icon
  

Two icons from previous cycles were tweaked:

Balance Changes

Champions
Evelynn
  • Last Caress (R) damage multiplier vs. low health targets increased from 100% to 140%

Jhin
  • Base AD increased from 57 to 59

Kai'Sa
  • Supercharge (E) bonus attack speed lowered from 40/50/60/70/80% to 40/45/50/55/60%

Lee Sin 
  • Base HP increased from 570.8 to 575
  • Base damage increased from 69.18 to 70
  • Dragon's Rage (R) 
    • damage increased from 150/375/600 to 175/400/625
    • cooldown lowered from 110/85/60 to 90/75/60

Miss Fortune
[Changelist - doesn't match, may change later]
  • Double Up (Q) AD increased from 100% to 115%

Nunu
  • HP per level lowered from 90 to 82
  • Mana lowered from 283.56 to 280
  • MP5 lowered from 7.44 to 7
  • Armor per level lowered from 3.5 to 3
  • Snowball Barrage (E) slow changed from 50% at all ranks to 30/35/40/45/50%

Vayne
[Changelist - changelist notes pulled, this will probably be reverted!]
  • Tumble (Q) bonus damage increased from 50/55/60/65/70% AD to 50/57.5/65/72.5/80% AD

Xayah
  • Base armor lowered from 28 to 25
  • Featherstorm (R) cooldown increased from 140/125/110 to 160/145/130

Context & Notes

1) Riot Scruffy provided a preview of changes for Patch 9.18:
"9.18 preview with current changes. Major pivots - vayne/riven buffs removed, sylas nerf pushed to 9.19. Nothing 100% final but these are pretty close."
He continued:
"Some changes on PBE don't match these - my list is the current up to date, PBE has the day old ones."
