As noted by Stashu, Aphelios's model has received some adjustments to match his hair/face to the splash better:

Balance Changes

Champions

- Inspire (E) shield value increased from 70/95/120/145/170 to 80/110/140/170/200
Kassadin
[Changelist]
- Null Sphere (Q) cooldown increased from 9 at all ranks to 11/10.5/10/9.5/9
- Nether Blade (W) mana restore lowered from 4/5/6/7/8% to 4/4.5/5/5.5/6% missing mana
Rammus
[Changelist]
- HP per level increased from 86 to 95
- Frenzying Taunt (E) cooldown changed from 12 to 12/11.5/11/10.5/10
Senna
[Changelist - these changes are versus live values]
- HP per level lowered from 85 to 75
- Absolution (Passive)
- Soul drop rate on minions killed lowered from 5.55% to 1.67%
- Clones no longer drop souls
- Allied Bards can no longer kill souls with Q
- Piercing Darkness (Q) damage lowered from (50/80/110/140/170 (+50% bAD)] to 40/70/100/130/160 (+40% bAD)
- Last Embrace (W) root duration changed from [1.45/1.65/1.85/2.05/2.25s] to [1.25/1.5/1.75/2/2.25s]
- Dawning Shadow (R)
- damage AP ratio increased from 40% to 50%
- shield AP ratio increased from 40% to 50%
Sivir

- Damage per arrow reverted from 30/40/50% to 25/30/35%
Brand
- Damage changed from 250/325/400 to 225/300/600
Renekton
- heal lowered from 150/250/350 to 150/225/300
Singed
- damage changed from 200/400/2000 to 150/300/2000
- Ricochet duration reverted from 7s to 5s
Varus
- damage lowered from 250/500/750 to 225/450/675
- Vs. Live: from 225/400/675 to 225/450/675

Bigger change lists in the thread. Almost final, but a few tweaks may still happen. This is the last patch of the year, but we expect to do a balance hotfix in late december (9.24b).

3) Over in the Sugar Rush Zilean PBE feedback thread, Riot KiWiKiD noted:
"Hey thanks for all of the feedback everyone! Will try to get the chroma matching the skin colors as that seems to resonate the most with ya'll"
4) Riot Sirhaian posted some updates to the Lux VFX work he's been doing:
[1] Some work I've done for the Lux VFX Update, based off all the feedback I received:
- Reduced some of the pinks overall
- Narrowed her auto attack missiles
- Reduced Base Q brightness slightly
- Added a trail to Base Q
- Added sparks on Q width indicator to make it a bit clearer
[2] - Base W missile orbs are now pale orange like the rest of her kit
- Adjusted Base E explosion color
- Base R Red beam is now more red
- Added slightly more oomph to her Base R beam
- Did a value pass on all skins for her R
- Added a scorch mark on all her skins after R has fired
[3] - R cleanup (too many lines)
- Changed the R indicators to match skin color where appropriate
- Adjusted her Quick Cast indicators to actually (and finally) match the range and width of her abilities
