TFT Changes
Dark Star
- 3 champ bonus lowered from 25 AD & Spell Power to 20 AD & Spell Power
- 6 champ bonus lowered from 30 AD & Spell Power to 25 AD & Spell Power
- Ability heal per second changed from 8/10/15% to 12%
Jinx
- Ability damage increased from 100/175/750 to 125/200/750
