[Added Riot Scruffy's Patch 10.11 preview and Lutzburg Volibear changelist]

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 10.11 PBE cycle, today's patch includes continued Volibear champion update testing & more!

Continued Volibear Champion Update Testing

The Volibear champion update continues testing on the PBE this cycle, here's a few small changes in today's update:

Riot Lutzburg provided a changelist for upcoming changes:
[3] Just submitted some balance changes that will hit PBE next time it deploys (not sure exactly when that is). Goal was to be as power-neutral as possible while supporting player fantasy. tl;dr more attack speed and lower ult CD in exchange for some raw damage.

He also provided a large set of changes coming to the PBE soon:
Hey bear fans, thanks so much for all the love you've been showing us after trying Volibear on the PBE. Below is a list of changes we've made largely thanks to your feedback, so please keep it coming! Everything on this list will be playable in-game after the next PBE deploy.

Today's changes:
  • The Relentless Storm (Passive) attack speed per stack increased from 3% to 5%
  • Thundering Smash (Q) damage lowered from 25/50/75/100/125 to 20/40/60/80/100

Miscellaneous 

  • Loot files for "Grey Warwick (Rose Quartz Chroma) + Icon" and "Medieval Twitch (Amethyst Chroma) + Icon" added! These most likely will be Honor 5 rewards, similar to last season. No images available for these yet!
  • Thousand Pierced Volibear renamed to "The Thousand-Pierced Bear"
