7/8 PBE Update: Spirit Blossom Teemo Prestige Edition, Skin Bios, Mysterious Voicelines, & more

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 10.15 PBE cycle, today's patch includes Spirit Blossom Teemo Prestige Edition now testing on the PBE, skin bios, mysterious voicelines, and more!

Spirit Blossom Thresh's transformation is now working correctly on the PBE! Thresh will transform into a human after collecting 45 soul and using his R, staying this way for the rest of the game:

Mysterious Voicelines on PBE

More mysterious voicelines are now on the PBE, located in the same map files as seen in a previous PBE update:

Voiceline 1: "Souls may forget they ever lived... Obsession begins when they forget they've died."

Voiceline 2: "When all goes dark, you'll see a fox. Follow it."

1) Riot Scruffy noted Lillia's tooltips were a format they were testing:
"Lilia's tooltips are testing an improved format that @ExasperatedDan has been working on  
Goals are to present more clear and readable info but retain all of the details in the expanded (shift) version  
We'd love feedback, so we can polish and adopt this format universally"

2) Here's Riot Koyuncu with a bugs and feedback thread for all things Lillia:

For any unaware, Lillia has finally been announced as League's next new champion and she is prancing around in PBE right now! She'll officially launch to Live in two weeks, and we're looking to collect feedback and fix any major bugs that are discovered by PBE players. If you stumble upon something strange related to Lillia or her Spirit Blossom skin in your games, you can let the team know by leaving a comment in this thread. This can be anything ranging from strange SFX/VFX to incorrect ability behavior. As always, detailed information (e.g. bug repro steps or video clips) are very helpful at helping us fix issues before release.
