8/4 PBE Update: Hextech & PsyOps Skins, Chromas, and More!

The PBE has been updated! As we start the 10.18** PBE cycle, today's patch includes new PsyOps skins for Ezreal (+Prestige) Master Yi, Shen, Sona & Vi, Hextech Ziggs, new chromas, icons, and more!

This ward was released as a bundle exclusive during the 2020 PsyOps event.

Sona Voice Update

Along with the new Sona skin, her voice has been updated!

Non-English Sona voiceovers can be found on LeagueVoices!

  • New Yasuo voicelines are now on the PBE!
  • SkinSpotlights noted some of PsyOps Sona's interactions are tied to skin files that do not yet exist:

Balance Changes

Champions
Kayle
  • Radiant Blast (Q) 
    • [Removed] No longer refunds mana on champion hit.
  • Celestial Blessing (W) mana cost increased from 70/80/90/100/110 to 90/100/110/120/130
  • Starfire Spellblade (E) 
    • cooldown changed from 8 to 8/7.5/7/6.5/6
    • mana cost lowered from 50/55/60/65/70 to No Cost
    • auto attack projectile speed increased from 2000 to 5000

Lillia
  • Blooming Blows (Q) now does 80% damage to minions. 

TFT Traits
Mana Reaver
  • Effect lowered from 40% to 33%

Context & Notes

1) Riot will be going on a summer break starting August 10th! Here's Riot Kami Banani with details on how this will affect the PBE:
Hi friends! I'll be your RM for 10.18.  
As noted below, we're taking a week off! This means:
a) no PBE maintenance during vacation week
b) 10.18 will be on PBE for an extra week
c) there is no 10.17 as far as PBE is concerned  
Hope y'all enjoy the patch!"
They added:
"So for clarity: any changes in "10.17" (which is not a patch but more like a mid-patch balance update for 10.16) will be reflected in 10.18, it's just not its own update for PBE due to the way we update patches that are live vs. patches still in development."
