12/9 PBE Update: Summoner Icons, Emotes, and more!

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 11.1 PBE cycle, today's patch includes new summoner icons, emotes, and more!

Two new summoner icons are now on the PBE:

This icon was an exclusive reward for participating in the Season 2021 event.

1) KateyKhaos noted changes to Battle Queen Katarina's walk animations in 11.1:

An update to the much anticipated BQ Katarina run animations:

We went through your feedback and took time to understand what changes needed to be made to make BQ Katarina feel unique and on par with our legendary skins. 

Here's what we changed (thread):

[2] Note: All changes will be in patch 11.1 and WILL NOT be in the game when the content goes live in 10.25. This is to ensure the content is both hooked up properly and tested thoroughly.
