1/21 PBE Update: Splash Art, Summoner Icon, and more!

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 11.3 PBE cycle, today's patch includes the splash art for Lunar Beast Annie, a new summoner icon, and more!

Splash Art

While we've seen the splash already on social media, the Lunar Beast Annie splash art is now on the PBE!


Lunar Beast Viego has also had a special border added on the PBE for the upcoming Festival of Beasts event:

Summoner Icon

A new summoner icon is now on the PBE:

Lunar Beast Fiora Chroma Icon
This icon was acquired from the Event Pass Token Shop during the 2021 Lunar Beast event.

Miscellaneous

  • Riot Kami Banani noted ARURF was back up on the PBE!
"[PBE] Hi friends! Just wanted to reach out on behalf of the 11.3 RM.  
ARURF has been enabled on PBE! The queue option says URF at the top under the mode icon, but please rest assured that it's ARURF.

Balance Changes

Champions
Rell
  • Ferromancy (W)
    • Crash Down:
      • Damage increased from [70/105/140/175/210 + 40% AP] to [70/105/140/175/210 + 60% AP]
      • Shield lowered from [40/70/100/130/160 +13% Max Health] to [20/45/70/95/120 + 13% Max health]
    • Mount Up:
      • Passive Armor and MR increased from 10% to 20%
      • Additional damage increased from [10/25/40/55/70 + 30% AP] to [10/25/40/55/70 + 40% AP]
  • Attract and Repel (E)
    • Allied Armor and MR lowered from 10% to 5%
    • Damage lowered from [80/120/160/200/240 + 30% AP] to [80/110/140/170/200 + 40% AP]
  • Magnet Storm (R)
    • Damage changed from [120/200/280 + 70% AP] to [120/200/280 + 110% AP]

Context & Notes

1) Though it has not yet hit the PBE, the splash art for Crystal Rose Swain and Zyra was revealed on social media!
