2/10 PBE Update: Even More Tentative Balance Changes

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 11.4 PBE cycle, today's patch includes even more tentative balance changes!

Balance Changes

Champions
Amumu
[Changelist]
  • Base HP increased from 613 to 615
  • Tantrum (E) damage increased from 75/95/115/135/155 to 75/100/125/150/175

Caitlyn
[Changelist - Caitlyn has other changes testing on the PBE!]
  • AD per level increased from 3.3 to 3.8

Renekton
[Changelist - Renekton has other changes in testing on the PBE!]
  • Cull the Meek (Q) 
    • Enhanced champion healing reverted from [27/36/45/54/63 + 36% bAD] to [36/54/72/90/108 + 48% bAD]

Samira
[Changelist - Samira has other changes in testing on the PBE!]
  • Daredevil Impulse (Passive)
    • melee damage bonus AD ratio changed from 7.5% to [3.5-10.5% tAD]

Skarner
  • Base HP lowered from 601 to 580
  • HP per level lowered from 90 to 85

Tryndamere
  • Base AD increased from 69 to 72

Varus
  • Blighted Quiver (W)
    • Active changed from [0-50%] to [0-80% increased damage based on Q]
    • Max damage increased from [9-21%] to [10.8-25.2% max HP damage]

TFT Traits
Divine
  • 2 unit damage reduction & true damage lowered from 35 to 25
  • 4 unit damage reduction & true damage lowered from 45 to 40
  • 8 unit damage reduction & true damage increased from 65 to 70

Assassin
  • 4 unit crit strike damage lowered from 60 to 55
  • 6 unit crit strike damage lowered from 100 to 90 
  • 6 unit crit strike chance lowered from 55 to 50


TFT Champions

Tier 1
Yasuo
  • AD% damage increased from 160/170/180% to 180/185/190%

Diana
  • Orb damage lowered from 80/90/100 to 80/85/90

Tier 2
Vladimir
  • Damage reverted from 400/600/1000 to 400/600/900

Tier 3
Shyvana
  • Damage lowered from 150/300/600 to 125/250/500

Nunu & Willump
  • Damage lowered from 450/650/1800 to 450/700/1500

Katarina
  • Number of targets lowered from 4/6/8 to 4/5/6
  • Damage lowered from 600/900/1650 to 600/900/1500

Tier 4
Olaf
  • Cleave damage changed from 40/45/50% to 50%

Aatrox
  • Damage increased from 350/550/1500 to 400/600/2000

Tier 5

Yone
  • Ability base damage increased from 600/1200/9999 to 800/1200/20000
  • Unforgotten base damage increased from 400/750/2000 to 400/750/9999
