The PBE has been updated! As we start the 11.5 PBE cycle,
today's patch includes three new Bee themed skins for Kog'Maw,
Malzahar, and Yuumi, new chromas, summoner icons, a VFX update
for Hecarim & more!
(Warning: PBE Content is tentative and subject to change - what you see below may
not reflect what eventually gets pushed to live servers at the end of the
cycle! Manage your expectations accordingly.)

Hecarim VFX Update
Riot LankyTree noted an update on
Hecarim's VFX headed to the PBE for testing! Here's more
from twitter:
"Spooky Horse with a fresh new spooky look should hitting pbe soon.
New features-HOOF PRINTS on a l l skins- An actual Fire tail no more solid shape!- Cleaner Arcade Visuals- further enhanced thematic elements on elderwood and other skins"

Balance Changes

experimental changes. Be aware that what you see below may be relative to
other changes from earlier this cycle! These are not official notes and may be incomplete.

- Total cost increased from 2900 to 3000
- Combine cost increased from 1050 to 1150
- AD lowered from 55 to 45
- [New passive] Conquest: You may place wards at 300 further range.
Black Mist Scythe
