2/18 PBE Update: Skins Bios, Hecarim VFX Update & More

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 11.5 PBE cycle, today's patch includes skin bios for skins, a look at the Hecarim VFX Update, and more!

  • Skin bios added for the Bee skins this cycle:
    • Beezahar: "Open your true mind, and beelieve."
    • Bee'Maw: "Snowballing lane won't bring back your precious honey!"
    • Yuubee: "Hey... there's a bee on you."

Balance Changes

* NOTE*: The PBE is a testing grounds for new, tentative, & potentially experimental changes. Be aware that what you see below may be relative to other changes from earlier this cycle! These are not official notes and may be incomplete.

Twitch
  • Deadly Venom (Passive)
    • AP lowered from 3% to 2.5%
  • Spray and Pray (R)
    • AD bonus increased from 25/40/55 to 30/45/60
    • Duration increased from 5 to 6

Items
Muramana
  • Shock passive 
    • AA damage lowered from 2.5% to 1.5% max mana as damage
    • Ability damage changed from [2.5% max mana +6% tAD physical damage] to [(3.3% for Melee users | 2.5% for Ranged users) Max Mana + 6% tAD physical damage]

Essence Reaver
  • AD reverted from 45 to 55


TFT Champions

Samira
  • Shot damage changed from [50/60/80% AD] to [15/25/40 physical damage plus 30/40/60% AD]



Context & Notes

1) Riot Captain Gameplay noted some item changes that would be reverted later this cycle:
"Ward placement range passive on Shard of True Ice and Black Mist Scythe will be pulled for now, but will likely show up again in the near future"
2) Here's Riot Ehrgeizsu with a bugs & feedback thread for the Bee chromas this cycle:
