2/2 PBE Update: New Emote & Tentative Balance Changes

The PBE has been updated! As we start the 11.4 PBE cycle, today's patch includes a new emote and tentative balance changes!

    • Physical damage per dagger increased from [15% bAD (1 + .666 Bonus Attack Speed)] to [16% bAD (1 + .8 Bonus Attack Speed)]

Context & Notes

1) Riot KateyKhaos noted there would not be skins on the PBE this cycle:
"No new skins this PBE cycle, catch y'all next time!"

2) Riot Mort noted some TFT changes for Chosen coming to the PBE for testing:
"Morning everyone. Patch 11.4 comes to PBE today, and with it some VERY experimental changes to Chosen. We're using this cycle to test out some big changes, but don't assume they will ship. If you happen to play any PBE games, feel free to let us know what you thought."
