6/2 PBE Update: Emotes & Tentative Balance Changes

The PBE has been updated! As we continued the 11.12 PBE cycle, today's patch includes new emotes and tentative balance changes!

Balance Changes

NOTE*: The PBE is a testing grounds for new, tentative, & potentially experimental changes. Be aware that what you see below may be relative to other changes from earlier this cycle! These are not official notes and may be incomplete.

Champions

Aphelios
  • AD per level increased from 2.4 to 3
  • Base MR increased from 26 to 30
  • Severum 
    • heal changed from [3-20% of damage dealt with this weapon] to [basic attacks heal 3-10% damage dealt, abilities heal 9-30% damage dealt]
    • Q number of attacks lowered from [6 + 1 per 33% attack speed] to [6 + 1 per 50% attack speed]
    • Damage per attack increased from [10-30 (+21-30% AD)] to [10-40 (+20-35% AD)]
  • Crescendum 
    • mini chakram damage lowered from [24% AD diminishing to 5% with subsequent hits] to [15% AD diminishing to 5% with subsequent hits]
    • Q damage per attack increased from [25-85 (+35-50% AD)] to [31-100 (+40-60% AD)]

Draven
[Changelist]
  • Spinning Axe (Q) bonus damage increased from [35/40/45/50/55 (+65/75/85/95/105% bAD)] to [40/45/50/55/60 (+70/80/90/100/110% bAD)]

Gnar
  • Base AD lowered from 59 to 57

Hecarim
  • Base Armor increased from 32 to 35
  • Rampage (Q) bAD ratio increased from 75% to 85%

Illaoi
  • Mana per level increased from 40 to 50

Jarvan IV
  • Golden Aegis (W) cooldown lowered from 12 to 9

Kai'Sa
  • Icathain Rain (Q) cooldown increased from 8/7.5/7/6.5/6 to 10/9.5/9/8.5/8

Malphite
  • Thunderclap (W) on hit damage increased from  [10-50 (10% armor)] to [15-55 (+15% armor)]

Nasus
  • Soul Eater (Passive) lifesteal lowered from 12-24% to 10-22%

Rammus
  • Defensive Ball Curl (W) bonus armor increased from 30 to 40
  • Soaring Slam (R) cooldown lowered from 130/110/90 to 110/95/80

Renekton
  • Cull the Meek (Q) 
    • Heal per unit (non-champion) lowered from [3-7 +4% bAD (9-21 +12% bAD Empowered)] to [2-6 +3% bAD (6-18 +9% bAD empowered)]

Talon
  • Rake (W)
    • Initial damage lowered from [45-105 (+55% bAD)] to [40-80 (+40% bAD)]
    • Return damage increased from [45-145 (+70% bAD)] to [50-170 (+80% bAD)]

  • Phoenix Stance (R) cone damage lowered from [60-310 (+70% AP)] to [50/95/140/185/230/275 (+80% AP)]

  • Blighted Quiver (W) bonus damage lowered from [10.8-25.2% missing health] to [9-21% missing health]

  • AD per level lowered from 4 to 3.5
  • Crushing Blow (Q) bonus AD ratio lowered from 50% to 45%

  • Bouncing Bomb (Q) damage increased from [85-265] to [85-285]
  • Mega Inferno Bomb (R) medium/long range missing speed increased from1550 to 2250

  • 3 unit max health shield increased from 20% to 25%

Assassin
  • 4 unit crit damage lowered from 55% to 50%
  • 6 unit crit damage lowered from 90% to 75%

Redeemed
  • 6 unit Armor & MR increased from 50 to 55
  • 6 unit ability power increased from 50 to 55%
  • 9 unit Armor & MR increased from 70 to 80
  • 9 unit Ability power increased from 70% to 80%

Dawnbringer
  • Bonus damage on dropping below 50% health increased from 10% to 15%

Hellion
  • 7 unit attack speed lowered from 125% to 100%

Cavalier
  • 2 unit damage reduction increased from 15% to 20%
  • 4 unit damage reduction lowered from 40 to 35
