6/23 PBE Update: Splash Art & Ultimate Spellbook Back Up For Testing

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 11.14 PBE cycle, today's small update includes the splash art for Ruined Pantheon & Sentinel Olaf and a look at the Ascended Pantheon Prestige splash, Ultimate Spellbook's return for testing, and more!
