Abilities

Dirty Fighting (Passive)

"After launching an Attack, Akshan will fire an additional shot for [50% Total AD] physical damage. He can cancel this shot to instead gain [40-85] Move Speed decaying over 1 second.

Every three hits from Attacks or Abilities deals an additional [20-175] magic damage. Against champions, Akshan also gains [40-300 +40% bonus AD] Shield for 2 seconds (16-4 second Cooldown).

The second Attack always deals 100% damage to minions and critically strikes at 30% effectiveness.

The first Attack Move Speed scales with 100% Attack Speed."

Champion hits grant Akshan 40% Move Speed decaying over 1 second.

Going Rogue (W)

"Passive: Enemy champions that kill Akshan's allies become Scoundrels for 60 seconds. When Akshan gets a takedown on a Scoundrel he gains 100 Gold, resurrects the slain allies, and removes all other Scoundrels.

Active: Akshan becomes Camouflaged for 2 seconds or indefinitely while he is near a wall or in brush. Akshan also gains 80/90/100/110/120 Move Speed and 0.12 missing Mana regen while moving toward Scoundrels.

Camouflaged Units cannot be seen unless an enemy champion is inside their detection radius. While active, Akshan also sees trails leading to Scoundrels."

Heroic Swing (E)

First Cast: Akshan fires a grappling hook, attaching to the first terrain hit.

Second Cast: Akshan swings around the terrain, repeatedly firing at the nearest enemy for [30/55/80/105/130 + 10% BAD + 30% bonus Attack Speed] physical damage per shot.

Third Cast: Akshan dives off the rope, firing a final shot.

Colliding with an enemy Champion or terrain ends the swing early.

Champion takedowns refresh this Ability's cooldown.

Akshan prioritizes shooting champion marked by Dirty Fighting.

On-hits while swinging are 25% effective.

Comeuppance (R)

Akshan locks onto a champion and begins overcharging his gun for up to 2.5 seconds, storing up to 5 bullets.

Recast: Akshan unleashes the stored bullets, each dealing at least [10% AD + 20/25/30] physical damage to the first enemy or structure hit, increased up to [40% AD +80/100/120] physical damage based on missing Health.

Bullets execute minions and apply Lifesteal.
Bullet damage scaled with Critical Strike Change and Critical Strike Damage at 50% reduced effectiveness.
