4/26 PBE Update: EDG & High Noon Skins, Chromas, & more!

The PBE has been updated! As we start the 12.9 PBE cycle, today's patch includes the EDG worlds skins, a new set of High Noon skins, chromas, icons, and more!

High Noon Mordekaiser

Few meet the Mechanical Devil and live to tell the tale. They describe a behemoth: all steel and gears, fueled by hellfire and fierce enough to scare a man's soul from his skin. He is the King of the Sulfur Rail, reigning over the train to Hell from a throne of stolen gold and infernal iron. Eternal, and unassailable.

Miscellaneous

"Hello, Summoners! 
With patch 12.9, we’ve added functionality to allow Yuumi’s recall animation to play even if she recalls attached to an ally. Previously, Yuumi’s recall anim would only be visible if she recalled unattached. The VFX ring will not appear if she recalls attached, as Yuumi is untargetable (same functionality as before.)
All skins should use their custom recalls, with the exception of Battle Principal, which should use Yuumi’s Classic recall when attached as the desk prop can obscure the ally she’s attached to. If Battle Principal Yuumi recalls unattached, she should still use her custom recall. 
If you could take a moment to play the skins on PBE and let us know if you encounter any issue with her recalls specifically, we would appreciate it very much! Thank you!"

    • Mana cost increased from 50/55/60/65/70 to 74/78/82/86/90
    • Mana refund now includes if he successfully hits a champion.
    • Mana refund on enemy champ hit or if channel does not complete successfully increased from 50% to 75%.

    • Execute threshhold now increased by executing targets*
