Surrender at 20: 6/23 PBE Update: Splash Art, Emote & Icon Tweaks, and more

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 12.13 PBE cycle, today's patch includes splash art, emotes & icon tweaks, Ultimate Spellbook's return to the PBE for testing, and more!

While we've seen it already on social media, the splash for Star Guardian Sona is now on the PBE:

Ultimate Spellbook

Ultimate Spellbook is now back on the PBE for testing! Here's Riot Reinboom with more details:

Ultimate Spellbook is now enabled on the PBE.

There's a few new additions and improvements for this release. Two you'll see immediately: It's now a pick 1 of 4 and there's also some ults with a passive bonus.

Divine Sunderer

Spellblade damage changed from [12% (9% for Ranged owners) target max Health physical damage] to [125% base Attack Damage + 6% (3% for Ranged owners) target max Health physical damage]
Heal changed from [6% (3% for Ranged owners) target max Health] to [100% of the damage dealt]
Mythic passive Armor & MR lowered from 5% to 3%
