6/24 PBE Update: Loot Assets, Tentative Balance Changes, & More

The PBE has been updated! As we start the 12.13 PBE cycle, today's patch includes loot assets, tentative balance changes and more!

  • Loot assets now on the PBE:
    • Star Guardian 2022 Orb
      • Open to reveal a guaranteed random Skin Shard with a chance to obtain an Star Guardian 2022 Grab Bag.
    • Star Guardian 2022 Token
      • Gained from purchasing event content or completing event missions. Craft into exclusive Star Guardian 2022 event content. Tokens are earnable until August 15, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. PT. Tokens are purchasable until August 22, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. PT. Tokens expire August 22, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. PT.
    • Star Guardian 2022 Grab Bag
      • Contains 2 skin shards worth 975 RP or higher and 1 random skin shards worth 1350 RP or lower. Bonus chance at 2 random skin shards.
    • Star Guardian 2022 Exclusive Pack
      • Contains 3 skin shards worth 1350 RP or lower OR 4 random skin shards worth 975 RP or higher OR 4 skin permanents of any value.

    • Active attack speed lowered from 20-76% to 15-65%


Sivir
  • Here's Riot RayYonggi with Sivir changes in today's update:

    • Heal lowered from 100% of damage dealt to 75% of damage dealt

PBE Update 6/24: 
Adjustments to the Star Guardian splash art are incoming - expect a finalized version posted soon!
Lots of lots of bug fixing. Notable mentions include: 
  • Casting Jubilant Veil (W) no longer allows Nilah to dodge turret shots
  • Nilah's passive now has a max duration (e.g. no more infinite Yuumi shields)
  • Tooltip and buff icon issues have been corrected
  • Non-primary targets hit by Nilah Q's empowered auto attacks are now treated the same as the primary target (so they're able to be crit)
