- Damage lowered from60/90/120/150/180 (+90% bonus AD) to 60/85/110/135/160 (+95% bonus AD)
- Damage per stack increased from 2% +3% per 100 bonus AD) to 4% +6% per 100 bonus AD)
- Cooldown per stack lowered from 1s to 0.75s
- Max stacks increased from 2 to 3
- Stacks now fall off at the end of the duration (from 1 stack per second at the end of the duration)
- Mana Cost changed from 28/31/34/37/40 to 30
- Spirit of Dread (W)
- [New] Hecarim now gains 15/20/25/30/35 Armor and Magic Resist while Spirit of Dread is active
- Devastating Charge (E)
- Minimum Damage lowered from 30/45/60/75/90 (+55% bonus AD) to 30/45/60/75/90 (+50% bonus AD)
- Max Damage lowered from 60/90/120/150/180 (+110% bonus AD) to 60/90/120/150/180 (+100% bonus AD)
- Minimum Knockback lowered from 250 to 150
- Maximum Knockback lowered from 450 to 350
- Cooldown changed from 20/19/18/17/16 to 17 at all ranks

- Fear duration lowered from 0.75-2s based on distance traveled to 0.75-1.5s based on distance traveled
- Sap Magic (Passive)
- cooldown reduction against monsters increased from 1s to 1.5s
- Bramble Smash (Q)
- bonus monster damage increased from 40/50/60/70/80 to 40/60/80/100/120
- Sapling Toss (E)
- damage AP ratio lowered from 45% to 42.5%
- empowered damage AP ratio lowered from 90% to 85%
- Double Up (Q)
- Base physical damage increased from 20/40/60/80/100 (+100% AD (+35% AD) to 20/45/70/95/120 (+100% AD (+45% AD)
- Cast Time now matches basic attack time (from 0.25s)

- Mana cost lowered from 45 to 35
- Attack Speed increased from 40/55/70/85/100% to 50/65/80/95/110%

- Cooldown increased from 18/16/14/12/10 to 18/17/16/15/14

- bonus crit chance damage increased from 20% each waves damage to 30%
