9/14 PBE Update: Tentative Balance Changes

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 12.18 PBE cycle, today's patch includes more tentative balance changes!

Balance Changes

NOTE*: The PBE is a testing grounds for new, tentative, & potentially experimental changes. Be aware that what you see below may be relative to other changes from earlier this cycle! These are not official notes and may be incomplete.

Champions
Hecarim
  • Base health lowered from 650 to 625
  • Spirit of Dread (W)
    • Healing lowered from 30% +2.5% per 100AD to 25% +2% per 100AD

Kalista
  • Base health increased from 564 to 574

Nasus
  • Fury of the Sands (R)
    • Cooldown lowered from 120 to 110/100/90

Udyr
  • Health growth lowered from 106 to 98
  • Armor growth lowered from 5.2 to 4.7
  • Wilding Claw (Q)
    • mana cost lowered from 45 - 28 to 20 flat
    • Empowered Q AP ratio increased from 0.6% per 100 AP to 0.8% per 100 AP
    • [New] first two hits grant 50 bonus attack range
    • Empowered Q double attack AD ratio increased from 6% per 100 bAD to 9% per 100 bAD
    • [New] Empowered Q double attack now deals an additional 2% - 5% health damage, scales with lvl
  • Iron Mantle (W)
    • life steal increased from 15% at all ranks to 15/16/17/18/19/20%
    • Heal changed from 1.2/1.26/1.32/1.38/1.44/1.5% HP to 1.2% HP
    • Shield changed from 2/2.4/2.8/3.2/3.6/4.0% HP to 2/2.3/2.6/2.8/3.2/3.5% HP
  • Wingborne Storm (R)
    • damage per second lowered from 20/38/56/74/92/110 + 40% AP to 20/36/52/68/84/100 + 35% AP
    • minion damage changed from 50/60/70/80% to 40/55/70/85%

"End of PBE Update: 
Hello! 
Thanks to everyone who stopped by and dropped their feedback in the thread. Let me address most popular points: 
- Full body armor: Unfortunately, this is above possible scope for PBE timeline, but we will keep it in mind for future designs. Please refer to the guidelines in this thread to learn more. 
- Sylas’ helmet is identical to Pantheon’s: While they share similar design pillars the models are different (https://imgur.com/4G5D66n ) After having discussed with the team, we feel the helmets are unique enough while retaining the key elements to the thematic. 
- Change of helmet model/adding a hood: these requests fall into the same category as full body armor. 
- Wings from R appearing on other abilities: The team wanted to keep this element impactful, and the team feels that if we add the wings to other abilities, it will detract from the ultimate moment 
- Wings disappearing when Sylas moves: unfortunately this is a technical limitation. Wings are triggered by the animation, and when the animation changes, the wings need to disappear or they will just linger in the original place & orientation. We will revisit this issue if we have a solution around the limitation. 
- We double checked if the SFX (chorus) when Sylas steals an enemy ultimate is cut-off at the end and made a small adjustment to alleviate that feeling. 
- We agree that Sylas’ body was looking too monochromatic and the color balance has been polished.(https://imgur.com/bdtMEVN)"
